Fox News Raves About the 2014 Kia Soul

When Kia unveiled the 2010 Kia Soul, it obliterated every vehicle in its class.  It also became the auto makers’ second best-selling vehicle behind the Optima.  With over 100,000 units sold last year alone, it is not just a concept car.  The affordable price and feature packed vehicles has made the Soul extremely popular for shoppers looking for a cool ride while also appealing to the confident and eccentric group.
Last years’ model was so successful that Kia tried to keep the outside so similar as to hide the fact that they redesigned it.  Yet the 2014 is an all-new car.  It is lower, longer and wider and has a more refined appearance.  They also included hip new colors including the Kale Green version above.

They still have three trim levels but the real improvements were on the inside.  The Soul now has a new, soft-touch dash, floating tweeters, optional heated and ventilated seats, panoramic sunroof and mood lighting rings that surround the door speakers.  It has an 8 inch touchscreen for navigation that is HD and has a satellite radio.  It also uses cloud-connected Uvo telematics with automated crash response via Bluetooth-connected smartphone.
Although it is not a sports car, it has great body control.  The ride is very smooth on urban pavement and surprising sharp handling is delivered through the large steering wheel.  Gary Gastelu of said he has recommended this vehicle to friends more than any other vehicle thanks to the good value and iconic looks.
